Behold with the eye of your inner wisdom the truth that in every atom of existence there are countless world-appearances.
Give up all your notions of diversity and unity.
Brahman alone exists.

Pathways to Sacred Depths
Sacredness to
One Samvit
For the uncovering of thought, attachment, and the false certainty that the world and the self within it are solid — one path works through crossing, one through staying, one through the holy light. And thus Samvit is experienced.
The Sacred Crossing
The Sacred Crossing is a quiet, systematic unraveling. Traveling to spaces of high energetic quietude provides a natural backdrop. The natural environment acts as a catalyst, making it easier for the subtle mind to settle with far less effort. Through silent vichāra, the mind begins to question its own projections. Through this process you do not attain the Self; you pass through seven stages of undoing until only pure consciousness remains. You receive the stillness of deep non-attachment (asaṅga) and the direct realization of your true nature.
The Sacred Field
Movement creates the mirage of time, and distance covered—itself an illusion of space. But truth is never bridged by journeying, and neither can it ever be attained by religious practices or rituals. Nor is it captured by sitting, for sitting is simply another movement of the mind. This false separation manifests as deep-seated vāsanā—the latent momentum of mind that forever projects a distance to be traversed. It is only in a deep state of stillness that this momentum begins to quieten. Dvādaśānta acts as the deepening of this stillness, reducing the mind to its faintest vibration.
The Sacred Blissful Space
There exists, through itself, a path to the sacred blissful space. As this space appears, the unreality of self, is seen upon. Mind, ego, birth, death— none of it holds up under inquiry. In this space the illusion of separation fades—leaving behind a stillness that does not rise or fall with the day.
Pointers to Enlightenment
Experiencing Bhraman
The Self-realized state
Whatever there is and whatever appears to be the world-jugglery, is but the pure Brahman or the absolute consciousness and naught else. Consciousness is Brahman, the world is Brahman, all the elements are Brahman, I am Brahman, my enemy is Brahman, my friends and relatives are Brahman, Brahman is the three periods of time, for all these are rooted in Brahman. Even as the ocean appears to expanded on account of waves, Brahman seems to be expanded on account of infinite variety of substances. Brahman apprehends Brahman, Brahman is made manifest in Brahman by the power of Brahman himself. Brahman is the form of my enemy who displaces me who am Brahman: when such is the case, who does what to another?
This is the nature of self-knowledge in which all the great ones are established.
Sadhaka Flowering
I owe a deep sense of gratitude to Deepakji for his guidance, patience and wisdom in inspiring me to stay on the spiritual path. Meditation sessions with him online during COVID were an ‘enlightening’ experience - The sessions provided me with the strength to help me navigate the complex environment at home and stay balanced in body, mind and spirit during those tough days. I would especially like to mention the technique of focussing on the breath…which has greatly helped me grow in my sadhana. His calm and steady voice is indeed a huge support and inspires me to go deeper during meditation. He is not just a guide, but also manages to build a connection that feels like we have known each other for ages! It is my privilege to be able to talk to him whenever I need words of wisdom to guide me, and I always learn something new from him! Deepakji, your patience, wisdom, and dedication make every session with you a journey of growth and self-discovery. I’m deeply grateful for the light you bring through in every interaction with me.

Through Deepak’s guidance, I gently learned how to connect with deep inner silence. His calm voice brings stillness, and his pointers helped me feel more balanced and inwardly aligned. I am grateful for the peace and quiet understanding his teachings have brought into my spiritual journey.

I carved out 20 mornings from a packed schedule for Yoga Vasistha's Sacred Blissful Space Program without really knowing what to expect. I simply showed up—30 minutes a day—and stayed consistent. It’s not a quick fix or a magic formula. What it offers is far more valuable: a deeper awareness of how we respond to stress, make decisions, and show up each day. The real shift comes from committing to the process and staying open to what it reveals. For those of us in leadership roles, constantly navigating pressure and complexity, this practice is a reminder that lasting change doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from responding differently. That’s been the biggest takeaway for me.
